Depending on the type of damage, two repair sophisticated techniques are used:

Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)

Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is a process that can repair minor dents in panels that are damaged   through accidents, car parks or shopping trolleys. In most cases the repaired dent is invisible to the naked eye. Dent sizes that can be repaired vary by the type of dent and location within the panel.

PDR uses specialised techniques and equipment to gently push out the dent by applying pressure behind the panel. To be effective the paint work in the damaged area must not be broken or damaged.

Since access behind the body panel is needed to gently push back the dent, certain areas of the vehicle may be difficult or impossible to repair. Typically these areas are the welded joints at the extremities of the panel or joints and sub-frames between panels.

Cosmetic Repair (CR)

Cosmetic Repairs use specialised fillers and painting techniques to repair small areas of a panel, without the need to spray the whole panel.

Unlike typical "touch-in" repairs which are easily visible to the naked eye, Cosmetic Repairs restore the paint finish to its original state.

Cosmetic Repairs are ideally used to repair key scratches, bumper scuffs, mirror scuffs and other scratches caused by vandalism or normal wear and tear on the car.

Scuffs on Alloy Wheels can also be repaired and polished back to their original condition using Cosmetic Repair techniques.
